Food Bank: Starting on Monday 17 August, St Andrew’s is hosting a volunteer-led food bank run by Thanksgiver Tafel Schweiz between 16:00 and 18:00 on Mondays. It is a privilege for St Andrew’s to host this initiative, and we are looking forward to working with them. If you are interested in supporting this project by volunteering, please let Jackie or the office know. Please hold Thanksgiver Tafel and the people they serve in your prayers.

Save the date! The Church Bazaar 2026 is on Saturday 21 November from 09:00 to 15:00 at the Pfarreizentrum Liebfrauenkirche near Central.
St Andrew’s 130th Anniversary: During 2027 and 2028, we have two large church celebrations coming up and we plan to hold suitable events between May 2027 and August 2028. If you have any ideas, please speak to the clergy and churchwardens.
– 130th Anniversary of the Church: The New English Church on the Hohe Promenade was opened on Sunday 2 May 1897.
– 130th Anniversary of the Organ: The organ was dedicated on Sunday 21 August 1898. It was built by Theodor Kuhn of Männedorf and was a gift from silk merchant Robert Schwarzenbach-Zeuner.
The Anne Catherine Nind Fund aids members of the St Andrew’s community who are needy, elderly, or ill. The fund can help to maintain a person’s independence or health.
