Electoral Roll
Anyone who would like to participate in our AGM (e.g., by voting or standing for office) must be listed on our Chaplaincy Electoral Roll. Please click here for information on applying for the Electoral Roll and for one of our Community Rolls.
IF YOU WISH TO VOTE AT THE AGM, AND IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY ON THE ELECTORAL ROLL, YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM MUST BE RETURNED TO THE CHURCH OFFICE BY MONDAY 23 MARCH 2026.
Nominations
We thank all of the officers whose term is coming to an end, plus all the other members of the council for the time and commitment that they have given to their roles!
Elections will be held for:
- two Churchwardens (each for a one-year term: 2026-2027),
- three Archdeaconry Synod Representatives (each for a three-year term: 2026-2029), and
- two Council Members (each for a three-year term: 2026-2029).

The Nomination Lists for the elections will be displayed on the noticeboard in the Community Centre.
All nominations* require the nominee’s consent, a proposer and a seconder. Only those who are on the Electoral Roll may be nominated, or act as proposers or seconders. In addition, only those who have been on the Electoral Roll for at least six months are eligible to serve as members of Council or as Archdeaconry Synod Representatives.
*All nominations must be received before the start of the AGM.
Please be prepared to start the meeting as soon as possible after the service ends.
Members who come with their children are, of course, very welcome. Arrangements will be made for the children to be looked after in the adjoining room where activities will be available.
