This year’s cash collection from the Harvest Festival Service, on the 1st October, will be donated to Solinetz. Founded in 2009, Solinetz is an association that works for the dignity and rights of those people who seek refuge in Switzerland due to political or existential hardship. The non-profit association is supported by the commitment of many volunteers. With various projects, Solinetz contributes to improving the living conditions of several hundred refugees in the Zurich area.

Collection of goods to donate
Any goods collected at the Harvest Festival Service will be donated to Pfarrer Sieber in Zurich, where around a hundred meals are cooked in a catering facility every day, enabling homeless people to receive wholesome, healthy meals. In addition, those affected by poverty receive food in household quantities and people with limited abilities are able to work in food processing and delivery.
