Association of the Anglican Church in Zurich – AGM. Sunday, 30th April

The AGM will take place in the Community Centre, immediately after the 10:30 service on Sunday 30th April.

Elections will be held for two Churchwardens, two Council members and four Archdeaconry Synod Reps. The Nomination Lists for the elections are displayed on the noticeboard in the Community Centre. Nomination forms can be found in church, or by clicking on the links above.
All nominations* must have the consent of the nominee and must be seconded. Only persons who have been on the Electoral Roll** for six months may be nominated or act as proposers or seconders.

*Nominations may be received (by post or a scanned copy via email) up to the day of the AGM, Sunday 30th April.
**The Electoral Roll is currently displayed on the noticeboard in the Community Centre.

In order to start the meeting as soon as possible, we ask that you don’t bring a packed lunch with you. Members who come with their children are, of course, very welcome. Arrangements will be made for the children to be looked after in the adjoining room where activities will be available.

We thank all of the officers whose term is coming to an end, plus the Treasurer, Christian Milz, and all the other members of the council for their time and commitment, particularly during the interregnum.
