On Accession Day, Sunday 6th February, Her Majesty The Queen will become the first British Monarch to celebrate a Platinum Jubilee, marking 70 years of service to the people of the United Kingdom, the Realms and the Commonwealth. As Supreme Governor of the Church of England, she has led the church by her exemplary life of distinct Christian faith.

St Andrew’s choir will mark the occasion by singing Handel’s ‘Zadok the Priest’ during this Sunday’s 10:30 service.

Then on Tuesday 8th February the choir will be lifting our spirits during Choral Evensong, which starts at 19:00. Please do join us in a service of stillness and calm for the end of the day.
