Happy Christmas

Christians, awake! salute the happy morn
whereon the Saviour of the world was born;
rise to adore the mystery of love,
which hosts of angels chanted from above:
with them the joyful tidings first begun
of God incarnate and the virgin’s Son
John Byron (1692 – 1763)

A time for both Glad Tidings and Great Joy !

Indeed, it is certainly more Joyous this year, because so many are able to visit family abroad and friends nearby, unlike during the restrictions last year, when even singing was curtailed.

We have thoroughly enjoyed Carol Services this year and also Christmas Services at the daughter communities.

Special greetings to you if you if we will not be able to see you over Christmas. I pray that we will find afresh that the message of Christmas helps us in adversity – the kingdom is near. (onlilne links follow at end)
