We’ve recently been made aware of this noteworthy exhibition which has been extended until 2 May.

The Musee Reforme stands on the site where, in 1536, the people of Geneva voted in favour of the Reformation. The permanent collection includes more than 600 books, manuscripts, engravings, paintings and other artefacts. Together, they tell the story of five centuries of Protestant history.

The exhibition ‘Calvin in America’ marks the the 400th anniversary of the crossing of the Mayflower when the passengers and crew of the ship, among them Puritan Reformists who crossed the ocean to found a community in accordance with their aspirations, reached the coast of Massachusetts and established a colony there.

Full information about the museum, including visiting times, prices and the current Covid-19 protection measures, can be found at: https://www.musee-reforme.ch/en/
