Gentle Christmas Music for the Evening

Gentle music to celebrate Christmas (by one of our erstwhile organists)

I sent this link to a couple of music enthusiasts last week and it was suggested that I share the link more widely.

Those present at the St Andrew’s helpers’ reception in the church garden one summer, may remember Ben Morris giving a short organ recital, as a special treat (it was a rarely performed piece).

Back in June, this year, he also sang a service of Compline for us on zoom.

This mini carol concert lasts half an hour. I found it very soothing in the quiet of evening. I hope you will, too.

It includes a carol on hand bells: instruments I particularly enjoy.

Paul, Chaplain
