We’re pleased to inform you that our Remembrance Day service this Sunday, 8th November, will be taking place.
The current situation can, however, change at very short notice so please remember to check this website before you leave home on Sunday to see if there are any new announcements which may affect church services.
The Revd Canon Adéle Kelham will preside at this service in Paul’s absence and we look forward to welcoming her to St Andrew’s.
All available spaces for this Sunday’s service have now been filled so we have had to close the registration process earlier than usual. If you submitted a reservation request before 10.00 on 5th November we will be sending a message to you very soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Additional measures to combat the spread of the Corona virus were announced by the Federal Government on 28th October. We have compared them to the existing protection concept already in place at St Andrew’s and wish to inform you of the following:
NEW: Masks must be worn throughout the service – except for ‘speakers’ who are well away from the main congregation (e.g., in the chancel or pulpit).
We will continue to keep the contact details of those who attend church services for 14 days.
1.5 metres distancing and existing hygiene rules apply.
Singing will be kept to a minimum (always with mask and quietly).
Communion (wafer only) will be distributed at arm’s length.
IMPORTANT: If you are feeling unwell, or display any of the symptoms of COVID-19 please do not come to church and please seek medical advice.

Stay safe and healthy!
We’ll also be holding another After Church Sale in the church garden after this Sunday’s service. Do come along and buy your Christmas Crafts and Gifts, and Christmas Cards!
