Friday is supposed to be Paul’s rest day. Over the last few weeks, in the flurry of preparations to get the church ready to be able to hold services again, he’s not been very good at remembering to take a break.
Sadly, today’s weather isn’t exactly inspiring and outdoor activities may be a bit grim. Hopefully, he’s been able to sink into a good book and stay dry. Thankfully, for the rest of us, that actually get a weekend, it looks like the weather will be a bit kinder by Sunday!

Chaplain’s Day Off – absolutely lovely, dear Lisa. I hope he can laugh about it as much as we can.
